Adopting a modular design can significantly reduce the footprint and improve transportation flexibility, making it the preferred solution that balances gas quality improvement and economic benefits.

Technical Solution Design And Advantages
Core Design Concept
The 5000 m ³/h natural gas pretreatment system is designed with the core goals of efficient purification and long-term economy. It adopts advanced adsorption and separation processes to remove impurities, moisture, and harmful substances such as hydrogen sulfide from natural gas, ensuring the safe and stable operation of downstream equipment.
Compared to traditional TEG dehydration systems, the molecular sieve dehydration scheme achieves continuous operation through dual tower regeneration logic, significantly reducing maintenance costs such as drug replacement and waste liquid treatment, while avoiding chemical pollution risks. The system design fully considers modular integration requirements, integrating key functional components into standardized pry bases to achieve full process optimization of "factory prefabrication overall transportation rapid installation", ensuring system reliability and economy from the source.
Subsystem Technical Solution
Process Design Package (PDP)
The technical solution includes a complete process design document system, covering core contents such as process flow simulation, equipment parameter calculation, and safety specification compliance verification, to ensure that the system design meets ASME standards and customer specific operating requirements. The file package provides detailed definitions of interface parameters and operating boundary conditions for each subsystem, providing technical benchmarks for factory integration and on-site debugging. All design documents have passed third-party compliance reviews to ensure traceability and maintainability throughout the entire lifecycle of the system.
Main Process Equipment
The main process equipment of the system is divided into gas-liquid separation pry, dehydration pry, desulfurization filtration pry, and pressure regulating and metering unit according to their functions. The configuration of each module is as follows:
Gas liquid separation pry: It adopts a three-stage separation process, with a built-in high-efficiency cyclone separator and coagulation filter. The shell material is made of Q345R pressure vessel steel and has passed ASME certification. It can remove liquid droplets and solid impurities of ≥ 5 μ m, with a separation efficiency of 99.9%, meeting the feeding requirements of downstream dehydration units.
Dehydration pry: equipped with dual tower molecular sieve adsorption device, filled with 13X molecular sieve, designed working pressure of 6.3 MPa, regeneration cycle of 8 hours, ensuring that the outlet natural gas water dew point is ≤ -40 ºC (under 4 MPa working condition), fully meeting the requirements of high-pressure pipeline transportation.
Desulfurization filtration pry: Integrated with ZnO desulfurizer and precision filter, the desulfurization accuracy reaches H2S<5 ppm, and the filtration accuracy reaches 1 μ m, effectively protecting subsequent equipment from corrosion and blockage.
Pressure regulating and metering unit: using self operated pressure regulating valve group and turbine flowmeter, the outlet pressure is stable at 0.4 MPa ± 5%, the metering error is ≤± 0.5%, and equipped with pressure and flow over limit interlock protection function.
Control System
The system adopts PLC+SCADA control system to achieve full process automation monitoring and adjustment. The core functions include:
Real time acquisition and display of key process parameters (pressure, temperature, flow rate, H2S concentration);
Automatic control of process logic such as dehydration pry double tower switching and regeneration heating;
The interlocking interface with the generator set can dynamically adjust the processing capacity according to downstream load changes;
Gas leak detection and emergency shutdown function, response time<1 second;
Remote data transmission and remote control operation, supporting unmanned operation mode.
Integrated Inside The Pry
All process equipment, pipelines, instruments, and electrical systems are integrated and debugged as a whole in the factory. The pry base adopts a welded steel structure and has the conditions for overall lifting and transportation. The factory integration testing coverage rate reaches 100%, including key processes such as water pressure testing, air tightness testing, and interlock logic verification, ensuring that only the inlet and outlet pipeline connections and external electrical wiring need to be completed during on-site installation, and the installation cycle can be shortened to less than 3 days. The system occupies only one-third of the traditional civil engineering solution, making it particularly suitable for industrial scenarios with limited space.
