Shell Side (Vessel Body):
Engineered to handle a design pressure of -0.1/0.55 MPa (supporting both vacuum and positive pressure operations) and a hydrostatic test pressure of 0.77 MPa, ensuring safety during transient process conditions.
Rated for a maximum design temperature of 120°C, compatible with corrosive media including Gongfu sodium salt, monoethanolamine, and hydrochloric acid.
Fabricated from S31603 austenitic stainless steel, a premium corrosion-resistant alloy with superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chemical degradation, ensuring long-term durability in aggressive chemical environments.
