Chemical Jacketed Stainless Steel Reactor Tank Pressure Vessel
The equipment adopts a dual-pressure-chamber structure: an inner process cylinder and an external half-pipe heating jacket. The inner cylinder is constructed from S31603 austenitic stainless steel, which delivers excellent corrosion resistance and is compatible with various chemical process media. The external half-pipe jacket, made of S30408 stainless steel, circulates thermal oil to achieve efficient and uniform heat transfer. Compared with conventional full jackets, the half-pipe coil structure provides a higher heat transfer coefficient, stronger pressure-bearing capacity and no flow dead zones, supporting stable and precise temperature control for reactions, mixing and other batch processes. It is widely applicable to chemical, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and other industrial sectors.

This half-pipe jacketed stainless steel reactor is a high-performance process pressure vessel manufactured by Yangzhou Tongyang Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. It is designed and fabricated in strict compliance with GB/T 150-2024 (Pressure Vessels), the core national standard for pressure vessel manufacturing in China. The manufacturer holds a Grade A2 pressure vessel manufacturing license, ensuring full compliance with safety specifications and reliable structural quality.
