The inner shell operates at a design pressure of 0.6 MPa and a design temperature of 70°C, specifically handling oligomer media. The external half-pipe coil jacket is designed for 0.45 MPaG steam heating, with a higher design pressure of 1.0 MPa and a design temperature of 200°C, providing a heat exchange area of 21.2 m². Manufactured from Q345R carbon steel in strict compliance with the GB/T150-2024 pressure vessel standard, this tank ensures structural integrity and efficient heat transfer.
