And the liquid height-diameter ratio of the container varies depending on the nature of the material in the container, the stirring characteristics and the number of layers of the agitator, generally 1 to 1.3, and up to 6 at the maximum. The shape of the bottom of the kettle includes flat bottom, oval bottom, conical bottom, etc. Sometimes a square kettle can also be used.
At the same time, according to the heat transfer requirements of the process, a jacket can be added to the outside of the kettle, and heat transfer media such as steam and cooling water can be passed through; when the heat transfer area is insufficient, coils can also be installed inside the kettle body.
