China Water Diversion Tank Suppliers

Working principle: Before using the vacuum diversion tank, fill the vacuum tank with water. When the water in the tank is sucked out by the pump, a negative pressure (vacuum) is generated in the tank. Due to the effect of atmospheric pressure, the water in the tank enters the vacuum tank through the suction pipe, and then flows out through the vacuum tank outlet. The pump can continuously supply water.
The installation should pay attention to the following aspects:
1. The entire water suction system must be tightly sealed.
Reduce the resistance of the suction pipe as much as possible. The diameter of the suction pipe should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the pump, making its flow rate about 1.0m/s.
2. Minimize the suction height and ensure that the pump is filled with water to minimize the height of the water inlet.
3. The water storage tank should be installed away from the water source to reduce the length of the suction pipe.
4. The water tank has a large volume and a small volume, which cannot be smaller than the design volume to ensure its water absorption capacity.
