Different types of evaporator in different operating conditions fouling is different, so according to the actual production and experience, regular washing effect. The length of the wash cycle is closely related to the production intensity and steam consumption. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the quality of operation, to extend the wash cycle. Washing efficiency method is divided into two types of large and small washing.
a. Big wash. Is to discharge the effect of washing water washing method. Reduce the amount of steam into the effect of liquid out, and then add condensate to the specified liquid level, and increase steam pressure, so that the water boils to dissolve the effect of dirt, turn on the circulation pump to flush the pipeline, when the washing requirements, reduce steam pressure, and then discharge the effect of washing water. If the scaling is serious, two washes can be carried out.
b. Small wash. Small wash is the method of not discharging the wash water. General evaporator heater above the easy to scale, before the overall scale can be timed before the water wash to remove the heating chamber local scale layer, so as to restore the normal evaporation strength. Method is to reduce the amount of steam after the heating chamber and circulating tube out of the liquid, and then circulate the water into the tube to reach a certain level, and then increase the steam pressure, and resume normal production, so that the wash effect water in the effect of the cycle of washing.
2、Evaporator often observe the operating current and working condition of each charging pump, overfeed pump and forced circulation pump.
3、The environment around the evaporator should be kept clean and free of debris, and the external insulation protection layer of the equipment should be intact, and if damaged, maintenance should be carried out sometimes to reduce heat loss.
4, the strict implementation of large, medium and small repair plans, regular disassembly inspection and repair, and make records, accumulate equipment inspection and repair data, in order to strengthen technical improvements.
