3. Installation and sealing of the kettle body and the kettle lid of the laboratory reactor: The kettle body and the kettle lid are sealed with stainless steel wound gaskets, and the main nuts are tightened so that they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect, and the nut must be tightened when tightening the nut The angular symmetry is gradually tightened by multiple times, and the force is even. Otherwise, the lid will be tilted to one side, and the sealing effect will not be achieved.

4. Clean the inside of the reactor of the laboratory reactor: remove the residue of the kettle body and the sealing surface with the cleaning solution after each operation. Always clean and keep it clean. Do not use hard materials or rough surfaces to clean.

5. The feeding tank and the Condenser should be used under vacuum conditions. When the pressure in the reaction process is generated, the needle valve connected to the feeding tank and the condensing system must be closed to prevent the pressure from being too high to the glass level gauge, the feeding tank and the condensation. Damaged to avoid danger.

6. Installation of valves and connecting fittings, safety valves and temperature measuring tubes: The effect of sealing is achieved by tightening. The arc sealing surfaces of the two joints must not rotate relative to each other. For all the threaded couplings, lubricants must be applied during assembly. Or graphite blended with oil, so as not to open again.

7. After the equipment is installed, put a certain amount of nitrogen pressure for 30 minutes to see if there is any leakage. If it is found that there is a leak with soap foam to find the leak point, find out the gas after the gas is tightened, and then pass the nitrogen again. The pressure holding test ensures that normal operation begins after no leakage.

8. Before the start of the laboratory reactor, the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle lid should be cooled to ensure that the water temperature is less than 35 °C to avoid demagnetization of the magnetic material.
