(1) Check whether the check bar is firm before the upper bar, if there is any phenomenon such as flushing, lifting, etc., if there is any, the bar must be reinforced before being allowed to go on the bar. The electric bar is prohibited from going on the bar before it is reinforced.

(2) Where the poles loosening the grounding conductor and pulling the cable, they shall work after the temporary cable is pulled.

(3) Check the seat belt and the foot pedal is intact.

(4) Workers on poles and towers must wear safety helmets and belts. The safety belts should be fastened on solid and reliable components. When operating or shifting on towers, the safety belts must not be lost.

(5) Detachment and adjustment of pull-wires are prohibited when someone is working on the tower.

(6) Check that the tower is not free to dismantle the force members. If it is to be dismantled, reinforce measures should be made in advance.
