1. The high-pressure stainless steel reactor should be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple autoclaves, they should be placed separately. Each operation room should have an outlet directly leading to the outdoor or aisle, and the location of the equipment should be well ventilated.
2. When installing the kettle lid, the sealing surfaces between the kettle lid and the kettle lid should be prevented from bumping against each other. Place the kettle lid carefully on the kettle body at a fixed position. When tightening the main nut, it must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically several times. The force should be even and the kettle lid is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect.
3. Only the positive and negative nuts should be rotated at the joints of the positive and negative nuts. The two arc sealing surfaces should not be rotated relative to each other. When all the nut-shaped couplings of the reaction kettle are assembled, they should be coated with lubricant.
4. The needle valve line is sealed, only need to turn the valve needle lightly and press the cover tightly to achieve a good sealing effect.
5. The reaction kettle moves the rotary body on the kettle with a hand dial to check whether the operation is flexible.
6. The controller should be placed flat on the operating table. The working environment temperature of the reactor is 10-40 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust or corrosive gases.
7. Check whether the movable parts and fixed contacts on the panel and the rear panel are normal, remove the upper cover, check whether the contact of the connector is loose, and whether the reaction kettle is damaged or corroded due to improper transportation and storage.
8. After the operation is completed, it can be cooled naturally, through water cooling or placed on the support to cool in air. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas in the kettle to reduce the pressure to normal pressure (the pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, then remove the main nut, and then carefully remove the kettle lid and place it in Bracket. 9. After each operation, the residue on the stainless steel reactor kettle body and lid should be removed. The main sealing port should be cleaned frequently and kept clean, and it is not allowed to wipe with hard objects or rough surfaces.
