1. Preparation before driving:

a, prepare necessary driving tools, such as wrenches, pipe wrenches, etc.;

b. Ensure that there is no shortage of oil in the oil seal box of the reducer, the base bearing and the kettle;

c. After confirming that the transmission part is intact, jog the motor and check whether the stirring shaft rotates in a clockwise direction. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.

d. Test leaks with nitrogen (compressed air), check whether the inlet and outlet valves on the pan are leaking, whether there are any leaks at the relevant dynamic and static sealing points, and use a direct vent valve to relieve pressure to see if the pressure can be quickly discharged;

2. Requirements when driving:

a, according to the process operation rules, start the mixing operation;

b. The reaction kettle should strictly carry out the process operation rules during operation. It is strictly forbidden to operate over temperature, overpressure and overload. If there are abnormal conditions such as over temperature, over pressure and overload, immediately take corresponding treatment measures according to the process regulations. It is forbidden to exceed the specified liquid level reaction in the pot;

c. Strictly according to the material ratio of the process plus (injection), and balance the feeding and heating rate to prevent the violent reaction in the kettle due to incorrect ratio or too fast (injection), over temperature and overpressure Abnormal conditions such as overload, causing equipment safety accidents.

d. When the equipment is warmed or cooled, the operation must be stable to avoid sudden superposition of temperature difference stress and pressure stress, which may cause deformation or damage to the equipment;

e. Strictly implement the handover management system, and include equipment operation and integrity in the handover, to prevent abnormal situations and equipment accidents due to unclear handover.

3. Requirements for parking:

After the reactor material is processed according to the process operation procedure, the mixture is stopped, and the relevant pipelines and equipment are inspected, cleaned or purged, and the next cycle is prepared after being confirmed according to the process operation procedure.

Second, daily inspection and maintenance:

1. Listen to the sound of the reducer and the motor. Check the driving temperature of each part of the reducer, motor and base bearing: general temperature ≤ 40 °C, zui high temperature ≤ 60 ° C (the back of the hand can stay for more than 8 seconds) normal).

2. Always check the gear reducer for oil leakage, whether the shaft seal is intact, whether the oil pump is oiled, check the oil level and oil quality change in the gearbox, and whether the kettle is sealed with oil in the oil tank, if necessary, add Or update the corresponding oil;

3. Check whether the safety devices such as safety valves, explosion-proof membranes, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc. are accurate and sensitive, whether the safety valve and pressure gauge have been verified, and the lead seal is intact, whether the red line of the pressure gauge is correctly drawn, and whether the explosion-proof membrane is leaky. ;

4. Always listen to the abnormal vibration and sound in the reaction kettle;

5. Keep the stirring shaft clean and see the light. Check the shaft of the round nut to check whether the rotating direction of the stirring shaft rotates clockwise. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.

6. Regularly check the accessories in the pot, such as stirring and coil, and tighten the loose bolts and replace the relevant parts if necessary;

7. Check whether all the inlet and outlet valves of the reactor are in good condition. If there are any problems, they must be disposed of in time;

8. Check the flange and the base of the reactor for loose bolts, and whether the safety shield is intact and reliable;

9. Check the reactor body for cracks, deformation, bulging, perforation, corrosion, leakage, etc., whether the heat preservation, paint, etc. are complete, with or without falling off and burning;

10, do a good job of equipment hygiene, to ensure that there is no oil, equipment to see the true color.
