Separation principle of inorganic permeable vapourisation membrane devices:

Inorganic permeation vapourisation membranes mainly refer to molecular sieve membranes, which are a silica-aluminate film prepared on a porous inorganic carrier and are strongly hydrophilic.
The organic solvent - water mixture is driven by the component vapour partial pressure difference and the separation process of the substance is achieved by using the difference in the speed of adsorption and diffusion of the component through the molecular sieve membrane.

Its process:
The organic matter - water mixture that meets the requirements of the incoming membrane enters the pre-heater, evaporator and superheater in turn through the transfer pump, and then the product obtained after entering the membrane components at all levels in the form of steam.

Its technical characteristics:
1. High efficiency and energy saving: compared with the traditional distillation and adsorption technology, it can save more than 30-50% of energy
2. High recovery rate: the primary yield is not less than 97% and the permeate can be recovered and recycled
3. Simple operation: the production process is controlled by PLC and monitored in real time by HMI, with a high degree of automation
4. Convenient maintenance: small footprint, low equipment height, modular design, no civil construction requirements
5. Excellent membrane performance: high flux, high separation coefficient, organic solvent resistance, no swelling, long membrane life compared to organic membranes
