Introduction to the 3-in-1 filter washing dryer:
The equipment consists of stainless steel vertical container, stirring device, shaft end sealing device, lifting mechanism, hydraulic cylinder, chassis, heating device, transmission mechanism, filter plate, discharge device, sampling device, bracket, control system and other components to achieve electromechanical integration.
Its characteristics:
Continuous operation of the whole process of filtration, washing and drying in the same vessel.
1. Filtration: operated under pressure or vacuum to achieve solid-liquid separation, the filter cake is flat when filtering and the solid-liquid separation effect is good.
2. Washing: A special spraying device is installed in the container, so that the washing liquid is evenly distributed in the container.
3. Drying: The filter cake is scraped loose by the stirring paddle layer by layer, the heating device of the equipment is evenly heated to the filter cake, and the mixture is heated by hot gas under vacuum to accelerate evaporation to achieve drying.
4. Discharging: the material is scraped loose and automatically discharged from the side outlet of the tank wall by means of the stirring liquid.
