At the end of the operation, cool naturally, with water or by placing it on a stand in the air. After the temperature has dropped, then release the pressurised gas in the kettle so that the pressure drops to atmospheric pressure (pressure gauge shows zero), then loosen the main nut symmetrically and equally, then remove the main nut, then carefully remove the kettle cover and place it on the stand.
After each operation, the residues on the stainless steel reactor body and lid should be removed. The main sealing mouth should be cleaned frequently and kept clean, no wiping with hard objects or surface roughness is allowed.
