Today's presentation is a continuous evaporation crystalliser.
The continuous evaporation crystalliser, also known as the multi-effect evaporator, is suitable for the evaporation and crystallisation of sodium chloride, phenylalanine, sodium sulphate, ammonium chloride, glycine; barium chloride, zinc sulphate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulphate, sodium hydroxide and other materials.
The purpose of multi-effect evaporation is to use secondary steam from the evaporation process in order to save steam consumption and improve the economic efficiency of the evaporation unit.
Its characteristics are as follows:
1.The equipment is mainly used for the evaporation and concentration of targeted materials and to make the final product a solid crystalline of a certain size.
2.The liquid is quickly heated by the heater through the forced circulation pump and comes out of the top directly into the evaporation separator in a tangential manner, with good gas-liquid separation.
3.Compact structure, small footprint, stable performance, etc.
4.The equipment is easy to operate, easy to service and clean.
5.Sufficient mechanical strength with low metal consumption. According to the characteristics of the material and the size of the evaporation volume, it can be designed as a single- or multi-effect evaporation unit. This unit is mainly suitable for solutions with crystalline precipitation. It is mainly used in the chemical industry, smelting in metal mining, pickling waste solution in large steel mills, wet desulphurisation waste solution treatment in power plants, etc. In view of the characteristics and complexity of various solutions in each plant, our company will make specific technical solutions for the composition and content of the crystal precipitation solution provided by the user for reference and selection!
