Separation principle of inorganic permeable vapourisation membrane devices:
Inorganic permeation vapourisation membranes mainly refer to molecular sieve membranes, which are a silica-aluminate film prepared on a porous inorganic carrier and are strongly hydrophilic.
The organic solvent-water mixture is driven by the differential vapour pressure of the components, and the separation of the substances is achieved by the different rates of adsorption and diffusion of the components through the molecular sieve membrane.
Its process flow:
The organic-water mixture that meets the requirements of the incoming membrane enters the pre-heater, evaporator and superheater in turn through the transfer pump, and then the product is obtained in the form of steam after entering the membrane modules at all levels.
Its technical features:
1. Energy efficient: more than 30-50% energy saving compared to traditional distillation and adsorption technologies
2. High recovery rate: the primary yield is not less than 97%, and the permeate recycling can reach more than 99%.
3. Environmentally friendly: no need to introduce a third component, while the permeate can be recovered for treatment and recycling.
4. Simple operation: production process control by PLC, real-time monitoring by HMI, high degree of automation.
5. Easy maintenance: small footprint, low equipment height, modular design, no civil engineering requirements.
6. Membrane performance: high flux, high separation coefficient, resistance to organic solvents, no swelling, long membrane life compared to organic membranes.
