The standard evaporator belongs to the category of natural circulation evaporators and its structure consists of a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber is equipped with heating tubes with a diameter of 25-75, and the heating tubes are 0.6-2m long. In the middle of the tube bundle there is a central descending tube of larger diameter, the cross-sectional area of this tube is 40-100% of the total cross-section of the heating tube. Due to the difference in weight of the liquid in the central descending tube and the heating tube, the liquid is continuously circulated between the heating tube and the descending tube, thus improving the heat transfer effect of evaporation.The total heat transfer coefficient of this evaporator ranges from 580-3000W/(㎡*K). This kind of equipment is suitable for scaling is not serious, there is a small amount of crystallization precipitation and corrosive less solution. The heat transfer surface of the equipment can reach hundreds of square meters.
