Today we are introducing the Levin evaporator among evaporators.
The evaporator belongs to the natural cycle evaporator of heating tube type external boiling, its structure characteristic is in the upper part of the heating room, add 2.7-5m high support section and steady flow section, make the solution in the heating room bear the larger liquid column static pressure, but not to boil, only in the steady flow section of lower static pressure to start boiling vaporization. In the heating tube without boiling vaporisation, it can reduce or avoid the crystallisation of solutes in the heating tube and reduce the scaling and blockage of the heating tube. The solution circulation relies on the weight difference between the liquid in the support section and the steady flow section and the liquid in the circulation tube. In order to reduce the resistance of the circulation system, the cross-sectional area F1 of the circulation tube is larger than the cross-sectional area of the heating tube, and the circulation speed of this evaporator can reach 1.5-2m/s, and the total heat transfer coefficient is 1300-2300W/(㎡*k). The length-diameter ratio of the heating tube L/d=100-120.The Levine evaporator should be kept under a large temperature difference operation. Otherwise, due to the small temperature difference, the circulation speed is significantly reduced and the heat exchange rate liquid is reduced accordingly.
