Today we are introducing the natural circulation External Heating Evaporator in evaporators.
The natural circulation external heating evaporator is composed of three parts: the column tube heater, the evaporation chamber and the circulation tube. If crystallization occurs during evaporation, a liquid-solid separator should be added to the lower port of the circulation tube. Material liquid in the evaporation chamber circulation speed is less than 1m / s, power is circulation tube and heating tube in the liquid weight difference. Its heat transfer area is often hundreds or even thousands of square metres. An evaporation chamber can be equipped with 1-4 heating chambers. The heating tube is long, its length-diameter ratio L/d=60-110, and the total heat transfer coefficient is 1400-3500W/(㎡*k). The disadvantage of this equipment is the high height, because the liquid in the tube of the liquid column is higher, the corresponding increase in the boiling point of the lower liquid, so the heating temperature difference is required, thus limiting the multi-effect use.
