Introduction to Reactor Kettles

The Reactor is a Comprehensive Reaction Vessel, designed according to the reaction conditions for the structural function and configuration of accessories, from the beginning of the feed - reaction - discharge, all can be completed with a high degree of automation of the pre-set reaction steps, the reaction process temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, air blowing, etc.), reactants / product concentration and other important parameters for strict regulation.

Reaction kettles are widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dyestuff, pharmaceutical, food and other production-oriented users and various scientific research experimental projects to complete the hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation, heating and mixing, constant temperature reaction and other process vessels.

1. Seal packing is used under atmospheric or low pressure conditions, the pressure is generally less than 2 kg.

2. Mechanical seals are used in medium pressure or evacuation situations, where the pressure is generally negative, or 40 kg.

3.Magnetic seals are used at high pressures or where the medium is highly volatile, generally at pressures in excess of 14 kg. In addition to the magnetic seal, which is cooled by water, other forms of seal will have additional cooling water jackets above 120 degrees.

Its structure and form:

The reaction kettle consists of the kettle body, cover, jacket, stirrer, transmission device, shaft sealing device, support, etc. The stirring form is generally anchor type, pulp type, turbine type, propulsion type or frame type, etc. When the height of the stirring device is relatively large, multi-layer stirring paddle is available, and can also be optional according to the user's requirements. The stirrer can be equipped with a jacket outside the kettle wall, or with a heat exchange surface inside the vessel, or with heat exchange through external circulation. The heating methods are electric heating, hot water heating, heat-conducting oil circulation heating, far-infrared heating, external (internal) coil heating, etc. The cooling methods are jacket cooling and coil cooling inside the kettle, the form of stirring paddles, etc. The support seat has support type or ear type support, etc. Gear reducers are recommended for speeds over 160 rpm. The number of openings, specifications or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
