Its structure and performance:
The equipment is made of two rolled sheets, forming two uniform spiral channels, where two heat transfer media can flow in full countercurrent, greatly enhancing the heat exchange effect, even if two small temperature difference media, can also achieve the ideal heat exchange effect. The receiver on the shell adopts a tangential structure, with low local resistance. As the curvature of the spiral channels is uniform, the liquid flows in the equipment without a large turn, the total resistance is small, thus the design flow rate can be increased to make it have a high heat transfer capacity.
When a single device cannot meet the requirements of use, more than one can be used in combination, but the combination must comply with the following provisions: parallel combination, series combination, equipment and channel spacing is the same. Mixed combination: one channel in parallel and one channel in series.
