This device is suitable for the concentration of liquid materials in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. The evaporation intensity is generally 50-60Kg/㎡h and the specific gravity of the concentrated liquid is not greater than 1.25, otherwise it poses difficulties to the discharge.
Materials of construction:
The equipment mainly consists of six components: concentration tank, first condenser, gas-liquid separator, second condenser, cooler and liquid receiving drum, all made of stainless steel. The concentration tank is a jacketed structure, the condenser is a column tube type and the condenser is a snake tube type.
